Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PinballStratsmobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you use community features, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
2. Your account
You can use core features anonymously. To publish or install community content, you may need an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping any associated credentials secure.
3. License to use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own, non-commercial pinball practice and enjoyment.
4. User-generated content
The App lets you create strategies and publish them to the community ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By publishing it, you grant us and other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and let other users install and use that content within the App.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you publish.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to publish or transmit content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or abusive.
- Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Contains spam, malware, or attempts to manipulate rankings or counts.
- Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.
You also agree not to attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse-prevention controls, or moderation systems.
6. Moderation, reporting, and takedowns
We provide in-app tools to report and block content. We may review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content, and may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion. Content that receives sufficient reports may be automatically removed pending review. We aim to review reports promptly, with high-severity reports prioritized.
7. Account and content deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App. Deletion is final. We may also remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned byPinballStrats and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Machine names and marks referenced within the App belong to their respective owners; PinballStrats is not affiliated with or endorsed by any pinball manufacturer.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any strategy will improve your results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinballStrats will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to the App and Terms
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
